Jonathan Raab received his A.B. and M.S. from Stanford and his Ph.D. from MIT. He is the President of Raab Associates Ltd., an independent energy and regulatory consulting and dispute resolution firm. Mr. Raab is also Mediator for restructuring DOE Office of Fossil Energies facilities and Former Assistant Director of the Electric Power Division at the Massachusetts DPU. In addition, he taught graduate dispute resolution courses at University of Massachusetts Boston and MIT.
